FOR OUR PATIENTS
We’re trialling an AI phone-answering system for out-of-hours phone calls. Instead of just leaving an answerphone message, you can now rearrange appointments, and even make emergency appointments. You can do all of this at any time that suits you and your schedule. All these bookings and changes will then be checked by our team the next working morning.
We’d appreciate any feedback on whether this was useful. Please note that this is only for out-of-hours; when we would otherwise just have an answerphone facility, we won’t be replacing our team with AI!

Earlier this month, Karl and Emma attended a CBCT Course in London.
Emma is now fully qualified to take CBCT scans (3D X-rays).
Karl also completed the refresher training on the reporting of 3D X-rays too.
We love upskilling our team to offer you the best-quality service possible.
FOR OUR PLANET
Every year we measure our carbon footprint. This year's results are in! Our annual tCO2e (tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent) last year was 53.3, which is an increase on the 2024-2025 numbers and the first time this has happened for us. HOWEVER, 20.8 tCO2e came from the attic conversion, leaving 32.5. This makes it very similar to the previous year, which was 32.4.
In that time, however, we’ve grown as a business too, so overall, in CO2 per pound of income, we’re now at 47% of our 50% carbon reduction target - actually making us 3% closer than last year.
